Digunakan untuk menyatakan ketiadaan benda (not exist / not available).

·         Biasanya diikuti oleh kata benda jamak untuk How many dan kata benda tunggal untuk How much.

Useful Phrases:

·         Where can I find ...?

·         It’s on the shelf / in aisle 4 / next to the bread.

·         Excuse me, where are the drinks?

·         The fruits are in the corner, near the entrance.

Example Dialogue:

Customer: Excuse me, where can I find the coffee?
Shop Assistant: It’s in aisle 3, next to the sugar.
Customer: Thanks! And where’s the bread?
